Ansys EmployeeHi,
May I know if you have free student version or academic version installed? Did you try renaming Ansys folder (%appdata%) to Ansys.old, .ansys (%temp%) to ansys.old.
Let me know if you have license if using commerical version? Did you check if same error occurs via workbench and standalone fluent?

SubscriberIt was happening for both. I have the free student version downloaded. I already tried to rename it but it didn't work. I ended up cleaning my entire windows (reset) and started clean and it works. I suspect that Ansys was picking up something from another program that uses an older version of dependencies. I downloaded Ansys first, then individually downloaded the other programs while testing every time to ensure Ansys worked fine.
