The fluent application failed to start

      I uninstalled and deleted every folder and reinstalled


      But still same problem persists


      please help with this issue

      Hello Sai,


      Please verify if the Security/Anti-virus program on your machine is deleting the .dmp file that are necessary for Fluent to start.


      You can try turning off the Security software, uninstall ANSYS, delete v15.0 folder under install path and then reinstalling the ANSYS apps

      i tried what u said but still fluent is not working

      15.0.0 is very old . Please try newer version of ANSYS.


      Also, what's the output of


      "%awp_root150%..Shared FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_util" -checkout FLUENT_SOLVER

      i cant find such path . please give the full path 


      and also i am using ansys with my college license server  which is installed some where else


      we also have license for 2019 version which also gives the exact same error .


      my laptop is helios 300 2019 with windows 10 home oem

      actually found ansysli_uti.exe . when i run it nothing happens, what should i do now
