Please verify if the Security/Anti-virus program on your machine is deleting the .dmp file that are necessary for Fluent to start.
You can try turning off the Security software, uninstall ANSYS, delete v15.0 folder under install path and then reinstalling the ANSYS appsÂ

Ansys Employee15.0.0 is very old . Please try newer version of ANSYS.
Also, what's the output of
"%awp_root150%..Shared FilesLicensingwinx64ansysli_util" -checkout FLUENT_SOLVER

Subscriberi cant find such path . please give the full pathÂ
and also i am using ansys with my college license server which is installed some where else
we also have license for 2019 version which also gives the exact same error .
my laptop is helios 300 2019 with windows 10 home oem
