      Hello Everyone


      I am a beginner using ANSYS Workbench 19.2. I am doing ANSYS Magnetostatic. I want to simulate the magnetic field and thermal appearing around two copper wires. I tried doing the steps as following video tutorial:

          but, I  get this error "An unknown error occurred during the solution.  Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes."


      I don't know what the problem is.


      Someone help me check it, please!

      Can you please post the screenshot using the 'Insert Image' option so it gets embedded into your question?

      Hi if you could share the error message shown in the solve.out file would be helpful to diagnose.
