SubscriberI want to design a pcm in double concentration annular pipe where water is HTF and pcm is erythritol. Water enters at 21 degree celsius initially but a paper work says that the inlet temperature is 140. Now how can i change the temperature of water from 21 to 140 to melt the pcm?

Ansys EmployeeHi,
To change the temperature of water from 21 to 140 degrees Celsius in your simulation to melt the PCM, you would need to adjust the boundary conditions in ANSYS Fluent to reflect the desired inlet temperature.
For more details to fluent user's guide:Â Chapter 26: Modeling Solidification and Melting (ansys.com)
