SubscriberHi,

Support
If you are unable to resolve your question using our online resources ( KB, APP, AIC ), contact our support team by posting your question in the Ansys Learning Forum (ALF) .
Users with a commercial license may also contact support by email. For details, please re-register for Lumerical support and select the Premium option.
We are looking for the email address of the support expert?
Regards
FK

Forum ModeratorFor commercial support use support@ansys.com and make sure you email from your work email address. Putting the account number into the email will also help identify the site (it's in the licence file). For Academic licences, please post in the correct section on here. Note, depending on location and other factors you may be supported by one of our channel partners, in that case the message will be passed over internally.
