Hi @Michael93 Have you tried with just the default initial mesh settings with the TAU mesh algorithm?
If not, remove all the manual mesh refinements settings you have and just run with default initial mesh settings with TAU mesh algorithm.

You mean that i should replace all skin depth mesh elements by "assign mesh operation>on selection>lenght based" or what do you mean by manual mesh refinements? I tried some settings in the initial mesh settings like chosing the classic Mesh Method but because it did not solve the problem i replaced them by the old settings.

No, Just delete all manual mesh settings you created under the " Mesh in Project manager window" and go with default initial mesh settings and TAU.

I deleted all assigned meshes and unfortunately the same problem occurs
