Tau mesh generation failed error

  I am trying to simulate the below motor in 2D. Getting Tau mesh generation error eventhough I haven't selected any tau mesh (infact I could not see any such option in 2D Transient solver). Attaching the error for reference. Please suggest how I can eliminate the error.

  Hello,
  Please update the software to 2024R1, which has more powerful meshing for parasolid kernel geometry indtroduced in 23 versions. If you still get this error in 24, please non-model the rotor and see if the model can be meshed. It looks like this rotor has some geometry issue.
