System coupling error

  It showed the “SyCGUI has stopped working” error when I tried to launch the application. Please let me know how I can fix this error.

  1. check that firewal is not blocking communications. (Try shutting down firewall and running as a test)
  2. Is there a sycGui.srv file in the working directory? check that file for correct server information

  1. Can you tell us how to shutting down firewall?
  2. When we open the software of "System coupling" for version of ANSYS 2023 R2, there is the error message as shown below. So we do not have any working directory.
