  what are these things which appear on my drawing? I marked them on black boxes.

  What are you plotting? The two red items look like velocity vectors, not sure about the black thing.

  I was creating a line from the surface, and when I ticked on "line" as seen in the screenshot, this thing appeared.

  Lines won't effect anything. As we're still unsure what the other marker was I'd be very carefully checking the mesh & results.
