Symbol problem

  Hello, One of our customers has a problem with the symbols file in his structure. All the symbols are duplicated dozens and dozens of times. I'm not sure if I can share the file with you (because it is very large and I don't have the client's agreement yet). I'm attaching some images of the structure: this is only a small part of the symbol file which has more than 100 of them! Have you ever had a feedback on a similar problem? Or do you have an idea where this problem can come from? Regards

  I don't see any reason why this has happened, we have not seen this issue before.
  
  Does the customer know the particular steps they took that resulted in the symbols being copied ?
  
  In order to fully diagnose the problem we need to be able to reproduce the problem.
  
  Have the customer delete all of the extra copies of the symbols. Do the symbols get copied again after that ?
  
  Any details on the process that led to the symbols getting copied would be much appreciated.
