  As a trial user, you have already successfully post your question in this forum, which is the main support channel/platform for trial users. If you have purchased commercial license, you may register premium support from your software:

  but i am unable to download the examples given for example planar silicon solar cell that i want to study.

  Please make sure you have the correct trial license. Using only the count with valid trial license to log in and try again.
