student license error

  Whem i open the Workbench get a error saying "Unable to retrieve WB usage tracking, no WB usage tracking id supplied" and whem i open the Spaceclain it's says that dont have a licence.
  I dowload the most recent student version on site
  Someone cant Help me?

  I have same problem to. I tried it at 2023R2 and 2024R1 but non of them worked.
