How to deal with the problem when the stress concentrator occurs on a sharp edge? For example, I count the teeth in engagement and when using the hexa mesh, I constantly show very high stress on a sharp edge. Very often this is on hexa grids. The tutorial says that this area needs to be crushed even more, but this does not help.

Would you be able to refine your mesh locally (in the high stress area) for better resolution? Could you increase the radius of the corner to reduce stress concentration? A very helpful lesson on how to deal with artificially high stresses can be accessed via the link below:

Please note that stress concentration also depends on how the loading is applied (explained further in the video I sent you earlier). Depending on how you applied the load, that may also benefit from increasing the radius of sharp tips in a contact scenario, for example.
In some applications, it may not be possible to totally eliminate stress concentration, but it might be possible to "reduce" it. From your images, I can see that the peak stress level has been decreased by rounding the corner.
