Dear Ansys support,

I have finished my learning path in Stress Analysis in Ansys Mechanical. I tried to claim the badge, pressed "Add to Backpack", but the refresh symbol keep spinning and nothing happens.

I tried different PC, tablets and tried to turn on VPN. It does not work as well.

I tried to right mouse click -> Open in new tab. The badge were added into my cart and costs 120 euros.... which is quite hefty price for me since I am still student.

I can add the badge now, but it is not free as stated in the course.

Also when I clicked proceed to payment, the next page said this product is not available for purchase. Nothing happened and no badge will be added in my profile.

Hello Ashish,

I am not sure I understand it correctly. Is the Stress Analysis in Ansys Mechanical | Innovation Space meant to be free after completing all the course and you can simply claim the badge?  I saw the "Free" on the course I just simply think that I complete all the course, finish the exam and claim the badge at the end.

I also cross checked with other course called Linear Stress Analysis in Ansys Mechanical, cost 595 euros to enroll, in which the learning content is the same as Stress Analysis in Ansys mechanical?
In my profile, there is a badge of "Get started with Ansys Mechanical", it is free and I can claim it as well.

The learning path is free but not the badge. For the learning path 'Linear Stress Analysis in Ansys Mechanical' it is a premium course that includes professional certification as well.
