Strange mistake

  Hello I have a customer who has the discovery license but at the moment there is no explorer menu and only the refine (not active). What could be the cause of this problem? Is the following graphic card shown in the picture compatible? Could it be due to an installation error? Best Regards

  Hello Roberto For NVIDIA Grid 60, we have noticed an issue while running discovery. When creating machines on the Azure platform we experience problems with the NV6 level machines. We must use the NV12 level machines if we will need to run Discovery. Can you please confirm that once, I will also get more information? Ideally, Tesla Grid M60 is a supported virtual Desktop infrastructure. This behaviour although is only noticed in Azure platforms, on remote VMs the M60 needs to be used for graphics and a 2nd is required for GPU. This is not the case with other usage of the M60 device.     Charudatta Bandgar Hello They switched servers to another graphics card and now it works. N V 6 l and N V 12 identify the number of cores? Best Regards

    I think 6,12 are vCPUs.
