SubscriberHi I am doing simulation in ansys transient structural with two loading steps and auto time stepping enabled in both cases. I am simulating for 6s and would like to store 600 data points of the output results. I currently have the settings set to store results at "equally spaced points". I use the value of 40 for load step 1 (0.4s simulation) and 560 for load step 2 (5.6s simulation). It seems to work well for the first load step but the second one seems to only record 70 points as I get a total of 110 result points. How do I fix this?

Ansys EmployeeIt is possible that auto time stepping doesnt require 560 substeps for get the solution. If you need 560 sets of result, use manual time stepping and set minimum steps to 560 for second load steps. See help Step Controls for Static and Transient Analyses (ansys.com)
