Does anyone try to import STL file into Fluent for further analysis? Would you please show me how to do that?
First I tried to import STL file into Fluent Meshing:
Then when I tried to switch to solution it showed like this:
Does anyone know how to import STL file into Fluent for airflow analysis?

Ansys EmployeePlease import STL in Flunet Meshing. You can use watertight workflow to generate volume mesh and then switch to Fluent solver.

Ansys EmployeeQuick workaround - open STL in SpaceClaim. Save .scdoc file. Import scdoc file in Fluent Meshing.Â
