SubscriberHello!
I am conducting a parameter study in which a rigid object is pressed on a highly elastic object at different locations. The objective is to export the mesh of the total deformation as stl for each new parameter set.Â
I managed to export the object for one position using a python script, the python script is part of the model which is called last.Â
However, as soon as I want to update all design parameters, the entire simulation pipeline fails because of the stl export via python in the model. As soon as the python script is suppressed to export the mesh per parameter set, the pipeline works. How is it possible to automate the complete process of deforming the object at different positions and export the result of the total deformation per parameter set as an stl?
