Hello,

I am currently simulating a rotating system by coupling Rocky with Fluent. Please refer to the first attached image. I do not understand why the liquid is entering the region circled in red—it seems to be a stability issue.

I am using the attached mesh.

To address this, I reduced the time step in Fluent from 0.001 s to 0.00001 s, but encountered errors (from Fluent is shown in the first attached image and the second image from Rocky).

Could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue?

I tried decreasing the under-relaxation factors, but the issue persists.

could you describe your case with more details?

You might try to simulate this slurry mill with SPH instead of Fluent.
