Are 3D mouse compatible on SpaceCLaim? If so, which ones are compatible?

Yes the 3D mouse are compatible on SpaceCLaim. The 3D connexion spacemouse is the one we have tested and is compatible. But any mouse regular/3d or input device should be work for SpaceClaim.

I tried to use SpaceMouse PRO but it does not give me the possibility to configure the keys on the mouse controls, thanks for the information

Hi Support,

 

Have a problem with 2 customers so far.

 

They both have one of those space mouse from 3Dconnexion.

(One a mouse the other a pilot)

 

Now my question is if there is anything to be done on in terms of settings in Spaceclaim? Because they have both updated to 2023R2 and can't seem to get that space mouse/pilot working in Spaceclaim.

 

Have installed all the necessary drivers, hasn't worked.

 

Do you guys have any advice on how to get this working?

Inital start with using Discovery. My spacemouse seems pan/rotate/zoom quite quickly. Is there a setting in Ansys to change this?
