SubscriberThe problem I am having with SpaceClaim is when I click on a command the screen goes blank and a window pops up and says, SpaceClaim not responding and asks if want to close or wait for SpaceClaim to respond. I choose to wait and the little wheel spins and this can take up to minutes for it to respond. This happens on all commands and the longer I use it the longer it takes for SpaceClaim to respond. This is only a 63MB file so it is not a large file. This is really frustrating as SpaceClaim was working really good with no problems just a few weeks ago.
In addition, we have tried updating to the R2 version with no difference. Reverted to R1 and still same issue. Between the installs we did remove all temporary files and locations were SC puts stuff on the user’s profile.
We, also, updated the graphics card drivers, and configured some settings in the graphics drivers to give priority to SC, but no improvement whatsoever. Can you assist in getting us support for this issue? Or at least any other method we can try to pinpoint the issue, and have it resolved?
