I have valid licence (subscribe lic. model) for Discovery package and I'm using a bit older 2021 R2 SpaceClaim. I wanted to deactivate the licence on my PC (to re-install Windows OS from the scratch), but it seems like I cannot manage my account anymore. In another thread here in Forum I found out, that the URL for account management was changed onto: "https://licensing.ansys.com/". I can login, but I see the message: "No account found." in red.
What shall I do?

You'll need to contact whoever sold the licence, do you have a name as I can follow up they're Ansys staff or former staff.
