SubscriberGood evening!
I just installed the new version, as 2022R2 suddenly didn't start with the below information:
So, I de-installed the full version and replaced it with the new 2023. Same thing happened. When I start SpaceClaim 2023, the starting window pops up and disappears completely withour error code. During installation all tests went positive.
What can I do?
Regards
Ingo

Forum ModeratorHello Ingo Schwarz
Try disabling Intel graphics on the machine and see if that helps.
Also please try installing the latest redistributable. You can try installing the appropriate one from here:Â Latest supported Visual C++ Redistributable downloads | Microsoft Docs
Please try installing the VC_redist.x64.exe and vc_redist.x86.exe for Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2022 package. If you already have 2015 installed, you may need to uninstall before installing this downloaded version.
Also please check if your graphics drivers are up to date. Make sure to go directly to the card manufacturer's website to check for the latest version.
Regards.

SubscriberHello Devendra!
I am a bit concerned.a) My search says it would have a vcredist.x86.exe but not - like you mentioned - a VC_redist.x86.exe. Is it a typing error or is your file something different?
b) I do not believe, we are having a graphic issue. The thing is, that the machine, where I installed the software (it was in use before with 2022R3) is not shown in "my subscriptions". Usually when you disabled one PC before the line was empty and when you installed the new version, that machine then was introduced into subscriptions. This doesn't work now. Please advise.

SubscriberHello Devendra!
I just did, what you suggested. No change at all. So the problem seems to be somewhere else and not in the easy sector of graphic cards. Please advise urgently. -
