spaceclaim 18.2 student not working

  I have installed ansys 18.2 as part of edx course conducted by cornell university. I am not able to open spaceclaim from geometry as well as independently from start menu. In both cases when i try to open it nothing happens.

  If you open Task Manager, then put it on the side and once you try starting the SpaceClaim, do you see 'SpaceClaim.exe' shows up at all in the Task Manager ?
  
  Do you have an install.err file under your installation directory (e.g., C:Program FilesANSYS Inc or C:Program FilesANSYS IncANSYS Student ) ?
