sorce location in lumerical fdtd

  how to decide on source location in ansys lumericle fdtd simulation, like with a periodic structure with 0.523 micrometer thickness and 0.9micrometer FDTD simulation region (all the parameters are started from 0 micrometers).
  where should I put the source to get peak absorption in the visible range?
