Not all material models work with ANP tetra element formulations. ANP represents one of tetra element formulation: Average Nodal Pressure.
If you change Tet Integration in Solver Controls under Analysis Settings (see picture below) from Average Nodal Pressure to Constant Pressure or Nodal Strain, you may be able to run your model.
