Solver Error

  I need help plsss. Ansys Student 2024 R2 i can't solve my simulation because of the error. When i turn the core 1 or 2 it says
  *** ERROR ***                           CP =       0.250   TIME= 16:38:59
  The option of ALPX on the MP command is either not available for this
  version of Ansys or the appropriate product was not selected for this
  session.
  Contact your Ansys support person for more information.
  
  But when i turn the core into 4 it says
  
  ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR:
  Insufficient FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license count of HPC Parallel are available for use, only 2 of the requested 4 tasks were available.
  No FlexNet Publisher (FNP) license found for feature HPC Parallel.
               FNP license path: C:\Users\CRISPO~1.SAB\AppData\Local\Temp\\5155da57-db8d-4d1b-90e5-0914db7d92f9
  
  *** ERROR - Insufficient HPC licenses available.
  whybad=

  Under the %TEMP%\.ansys directory, you will see licdebug.out files
  Can you post the licdebug.out file for mechanical?
