So I have reinstalled and uninstalled the Student AIM 19.0 multiple times and I just do not know what the issue is if anyone can help me out it be a great help. 

the error messege I get every time I try to update physics is this : Update failed for the Solve Physics component in Study.   The command Solve failed. ANSYS LICENSE MANAGER ERROR: Invalid blank or NULL checkout id passed to checkin routine.
