Ansys EmployeeHello,
Solution has converged tells you that your simulation has reached to unique solution and it is ready for post-processing. This statement generally comes once the case residuals reaches to the limits ( set by you). By default, Fluent sets to 1e-03.Â
Many cases, if the residuals are reached to 1e-03, solution would converge but for better converging the case, it is suggested to check the mass balance, energy balance also. Apart from this, you can set the monitors and check the converge for the monitors as well.Â
Regards,
Seeta

Ansys EmployeeResiduals are local imbalance of variable over control volume. This arises from the CFD methods applied.Â
Request you to go through basics of CFD to understand the numerical methods. Also please check help manual on convergence.Â
