I am getting some problem with the solidification/melting model coupled with VOF (with evaporation and condensation). In the problem when Liquid nitrogen spray strikes the gel surface (there is no wall in between), the region beyond the agarose gel (the region where only nitrogen gas is present) is also getting solidified. Please suggest some solution for this.Â

Please can you post some images? Also, check the phase material in the region you're seeing the solid. Depending on convergence you may have a tiny volume fraction of the gel in the gas region that's causing some confusion when post processing.Â
