Can tell that why mesh of solid shell assembly is failing in Ansys mechanical especially solid part is failing.
Any ideas?
Green box is solid
Rest structure is shell element

Ansys EmployeeFirst of all please update to latest version. 2019 is not supported.
Please check geometry in SpaceClaim.
Select geometry in structure tree --> Use right click --> Select Check Geometry. (Or Tools - Fault Detection in DM)
The geometry should be error free to proceed.
If geometry has any errors, please modify/recreate geometry at those places.
Please check if you can mesh that box independently. Please use different sizes.

Thanks for reply...I alreday checked geometry in spaceclaim..my geometry is error free..as well as fluid domain also indpenedly meshed, it meshed it too.
I tried various sizes too of mesh..but still get error in solid domain.
