Hi Skye nIt looks like you have the SAC305 meshed.nAll the other components should have solid geometry that touches this body on coincident faces. If you bring all those solids into SpaceClaim, use the Share button on the Workbench tab to create and verify Shared Topology. Then when you mesh it, you should get congruent meshes and not need any contact.nRegards,nPetern
