Smoothing Kernel used for CSF model

      Hi,

For the Continuum surface force model implemented in fluent by Brackbill, what type of smoothing kernel function is used to smooth to interface (i.e. Nordmark, 8th degree polynomial etc). I've looked at the fluent manual and cannot find any information related to this.

      Kind regards

Check the reference too. I can't share anything beyond what's in the documentation.

I've checked the original reference (Brackbill) and they do not mention anything about the smoothing kernel function or what type is used. They mention that the interpolation functions' properties is similar to a B-spline but not mentioning directly about what it is.

In which case there isn't anything I can share.
