SubscriberI am trying to run the Small-Scale Metalens example unit_cell.lsf script using Lumerical 2023 R2.1. It runs correctly unless I uncomment line 7: runsweep("height"), in order to run the height sweep. During the height sweep it gets about half way through before the program closes with no error message. Memory does not appear to be the issue.

Ansys EmployeeHi Alan,
Thank you for posting on our forum! I am using Lumerical 2024 R1.3, and I tried to run the .lsf script . I didn't encounter the behavior you are discribing, hence I would suggest to upgrade to the latest version. Also, I think that the sweeps are already run on our onine file and there are date there, so you can run the script even by keeping the line 7 with as a comment.
Hope that was helpful! Let me know if I can be of further assistance.
Kind Regards,
Niki
