Problem recap:ÂÂPrinting and print preview is so slow that it renders it unusable. This problem occurs on a single PC, probably the most powerful in the company.ÂNote: PDF output is instantaneous. We also changed the printer drivers to the latest version and tried PCL6 and PostScript without success.ÂRecent i7 PC with NVIDIA RTX Quadro graphics card.Windows 10 up to date.SpaceClaim version 2023.2.0.05153Â -

Hello,Â
Ask them to try this solution to see if that helps:
Try resetting your options. These are kept in place even when uninstalling.
Go to File > SpaceClaim Options > Advanced > Reset All User Settings.
Try Deleting the contents of %appdata%\Local\SpaceClaim.
Other work around is to use Print to PDF from the SpaceClaim printing options, export a PDF, then print from Adobe Reader.Â

DevendraÂ

Hello Devendra,
We tried, but without success.
I don't know if this helps but we have a log file and a video of the problem.
Thanks,
