Is there anything to fix? The orientation determines the element out-of-plane normal direction. Maybe it is supposed to point in that direction - hard to tell with only one element and no knowledge of the CAD or intent. Â

Ansys EmployeeIf the element is a 3D contact element or a 3D thermal surface effect element (surf152), esurf,,reverse will renumber it.
