I want to setup a simulation of a cooling channel for a continuous cooling process of a solid (comparable to continuous casting but without the cast) and wanted to know if somebody has experience with such a case and if I choose the correct strategy? In the process a continuous solid (plate) is moved with a velocity in a cooling channel and is surrounded by air (cf. picture).
