It looks either your graphics drivers are not up to date or supported for Explore mode. Please make sure you minimum hardware required for Discovery as per this Ansys Discovery Hardware Requirements (2025 R1) | Ansys Knowledge.Â
Also update your graphics drivers to latest version directly from the manufacturers website (for ex: Nvidia)
