Good day. I have Ansys Space claim 19.2 installed in my Windows 7 64-bit PC. My sign in was blocked by the software even with my firewall and antivirus turned off. Attached are the snapshots of the error screen. Thanks in advance.   Best Regards, Beh

The issue is solved.

Apparently you cannot use other account if the devise has bind to another account previously.
