Hello I have 10 meter long length column, I want use cantilever case

If I cut 10 meter long with a knife and take 30% of the middle part of column.

And apply again cantilever with one end load case.

Will my deformation , shear stress, bending stress be same in both cases when it's cut and when it's not cut( it means full)???

Any one can answer?

I am not sure I understand your question.
If this is a cantilever beam with one end fixed and the other end loaded with a force perpendicular to the beam, I would expect the reaction at fixed end to be same, but deformation, shear and bending stress will go up for a beam section that is reduced to 30% of the original.
If it is a displacement based load on end of cantilever, I would expect the deformation, shear and bending stress to remain the same, but the reaction at fixed end should be lower.
