Hello   In this file it is not possible to create the bend by converting it, if you try to create the geometry from the surface it converts it in the wrong way. SpaceClaim sees more material than normal bending and not just the radius   Best Regards

Hello Roberto The most likely cause of the bends failing at the outer corners is due to the face type of the outer sections that appear as cylindrical. See below image for reference. To overcome this issue, the geometry being a simple one can be recreated and the outer sections can be created using straight lines and then pulled to create planar faces. Please find attached a video showing this process.
