Hello, in the version of SpaceClaim 2021R2
when unfolded a sheet with a bend table, the software still develops the sheet even if the internal radius in the bend table is not thereIt should give error is not unfolded the file, it is a serious error!

Thank you for reporting it as a BUG, if it is possible to be able to fix it in the next version that would be great.
As of today, many customers who use bending tables are wrong to create the developments and consequently there is an economic damage since the piece has to be thrown away.Best Regards

Upon checking with my team they suggest that the bend table needs to be selected when the bend is made.
In the video shared here, it looks like the bend table is selected later.

this does not solve the problem, it should give me an error saying: in the bend table there is not the following radius value entered.
is should not make the file unfolded.Did you understand the mistake?

Hello,
We have many customers who receive every days files they haven't modeled and that they have to unfold for manufacturing.
To obtain the right unfolded shape, they specify a bending table according to the thickness of the part.
But bending tables require a bending radius to be specified with the associated bend deduction
if the bending radius of the part does not match that of the table, the k factor is used and so the unfolded version is not quite right
A solution is to modify the bend radius of the part, but this not always easy to change, depending on the complexity of the part.
if I understand correctly, the parameter “KFactorFallback
” should avoid the unfolding of a part if the radius of one of the folds does not match those of the folding table? Is this correct ? I have tried to apply it but without success.
Perhaps it would be interesting not to enter a radius in the tables and that whatever the radius modeled, the unfolded is calculated only on the value of the table.
