Hello,

Please take a look and the attached PDF. When I form a rectangle in the sketch mode, I often use direct inputs of dimensions. Since the upgrade on R3 the rectangle jumped to a wrong position when I hit the "Enter" key after putting in the last dimension.

Is this a software problem?

I've not see this issue before.
It may have something to do with the model you are working on.

I'm able to replicate this behavior. This seems to be specific to this file. I will be filing a bug for this. 

In the meantime, as a workaround, can you create the geometry and then use to move tool to drag it into its correct position?

I have noticed, that spaceclaim behaves sometime a little weared after importing some files (STEP, IGES, OBJ). The most problems I have watched where with the 2D-sketch tool for example in placing parallel lines to some curves and when I worked with eliptic elements.
