I have just installed Discovery live on my computer and activated my license however I still have some graphic issues while using the software. Is it possible to have more informations about the right settings for a Nvidia Quadro RTX 5000 ?  Thank you.

When I try to pull and move some parts of my geometry nothing happens. When it enables me to do it, It seems that a new separated solid is created over my model and is not considerate during simulations.

Does this issue occur with all files or with this specific one? 
If it is specific to this file, could you please share this file with us?
If the model is proprietary I can share a Secure Transfer link via email.

Subashni Hello, I have checked and I am not allowed to share the file...Every time I try to modify a round or increase the size of the two ribs the software crashes. I have tried to import the file as SLDPRT, Parasolid and SCDoc but it does not change anything. However, when I create and combine a new geometry over the existing model It works... Is it due to the complexity of the original shape or maybe I did something wrong in the process.

Could you please try using the 2020R1 version of Discovery Live and let us know if you still see this issue?

Hello Subashni , yes I am facing the same issue with the 2020 R1 version. It is really complicated to modify the ribs on the part. It doesn't allow me to remove the fillets at some places and the software is drastically slowing down while trying those operations on this specific model.

Do these operations work well on Discovery SpaceClaim or is there a lag in SpaceClaim as well?

If so, could you please try 'Internalize all' & 'Make independent' on all components and then save the file and try again?

Hello Subashni  , these operations lag on both Spaceclaim and Live. I have internalized the components. However, I am not able to make them independent. The problem persists.
