Server Rack Heat Model in ANSYS Discovery help(。・ω・。)

      ANSYS Discoveryを使用してデータセンター内のサーバーラックの熱流体解析を行っています。

      サーバーラックの排気温度を、固定温度条件ではなく熱収支式に基づいて再現したいと考えています。

      具体的には以下の関係式です。

      T_out = T_in + Q_rack / (ṁ Cp)

      ここで、

      T_out:サーバー排気温度
      T_in:サーバー吸気温度
      Q_rack:ラック発熱量(ラック密度)
      ṁ:サーバーを通過する空気の質量流量
      Cp:空気の定圧比熱

      ラックの発熱量と吸気流量から排気温度を計算するようなサーバーモデルをANSYS Discoveryで作成することは可能でしょうか?

      Hello,

      I am performing a thermal-fluid analysis of a data center server rack using ANSYS Discovery.

      I would like to reproduce the server rack exhaust temperature based on the heat balance equation, rather than using a fixed temperature boundary condition.

      Specifically, I would like to use the following relationship:

      Tout=Tin+Qrackm˙CpT_{out}=T_{in}+\frac{Q_{rack}}{\dot{m}C_p}

      where:

      • ToutT_{out}Tout: server exhaust air temperature
      • TinT_{in}Tin: server inlet air temperature
      • QrackQ_{rack}Qrack: rack heat load (rack power density)
      • m˙\dot{m}m˙: mass flow rate through the server rack
      • CpC_pCp: specific heat capacity of air at constant pressure

      I would like to calculate the exhaust temperature from the rack heat load and airflow rate, so that the outlet temperature changes depending on the actual inlet temperature.

      Is it possible to create this type of server rack model in ANSYS Discovery?
