      All,

An update was pushed this morning to address some of the bugs and following are the associated release notes.

      • When Ansys Gateway powered by AWS has been set up to integrate with Active Directory, and Issue private IP addresses for newly created instances has been enabled in the Administration settings, newly created virtual machines no longer display public IP addresses in their settings. Only private IP addresses are displayed. (883070)

      • In the Express Setup process, when prompted to choose a default region in which to deploy EC2 instances, the Regions list is now streamlined to show only those regions that are available to your account. (861101)

      • When Ansys Gateway powered by AWS is set up using the Express Setup option, a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)/subnet is only created in the region selected during setup. Previously, a VPC was inadvertently created in every region. (863830)

      • When editing applications on the Administration > Applications page, changes that you make to an application's default settings are now saved. (867683)

      • When creating or restarting a Slurm cluster that uses the 'Slurm Node with EFA and NFS' package and g-series instance types, cluster nodes now start in the 'idle' state instead of the 'down' or 'unknown' state. (878229)

Note:  If such a cluster is created and the nodes start in the 'down' or 'unknown' state, make sure that you delete existing images of 'Slurm Node with EFA and NFS' before recreating the cluster.
