SubscriberHi everyone
The following error occurs when importing a MEMS geometry in APDL and trying to mesh the surrounding space for electrostatic field analysis.
Is there a way to deal with this? The analysis method is to import mems 3d geometry, create the analysis space in blocks and subtract the MEMS geometry from the analysis space using boolean operations.
