Script Error when opening up ANSYS Mechanical

  Hi all, I have been getting a Script Error (Line 50, Char 5) as shwon below when opening up ANSYS Mechanical 2024 R1, I am using the free student software package and have tried to uninstall and install again multiple times (tried deleting all ansys files in the %appdata% folder and any other palce i can find relavant files).
  I have installed the same package on both my personal desktop and laptop, and the laptop runs with no problem, but since it is weaker in specs i would like to get it running on my desktop, so if there's anyone who knows how please help me, thank you!!

  If you open a Windows Files Explorer window and type the following in the Address line:
  %APPDATA%\Ansys
  You should see a directory named: v241
  Rename that to v241.old
  Now try to run.
