Ansys EmployeeHi,
If above suggestion doesn't work for you, let us know the OS version and Ansys application version too.
Check if other Ansys application are launching fine, ex. spaceclaim.

SubscriberHi,
I’m encountering this issue while trying to launch the Hydrodynamic Diffraction Model in my project.
my OS: Windows 11 Education, Version 24H2I also receive a warning message when starting my project. Notably, I was able to run simulations properly despite this warning before the errors started occurring.
Let me know if additional information is needed. Thank you!

SubscriberHi,
I uninstalled updates from Update History to roll back from Windows 11 build 26100, but the issue still persists. Any advice on how to fix this or other possible solutions?
Thanks!
