Hello, I keep getting the following error and am unable to run the program. n nAn unexpected error has occurred: The following required addins could not be loaded: Ans.SceneGraphChart.SceneGraphAddin. I have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050nI have verified that the graphics card used for Ansys is the NVIDIAnI have renamed the %APPDATA%\Ansys to %APPDATA%\Ansys_old and ran the cmd command to move the dirnI have rebooted my PC many occasions after doing some processn nI have tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and I get the same error when I try to use Workbench 2020 R2. It did not work once. Please assist.n

I can assure you that using inappropriate language is not the way to obtain support. It appears the last comment to your original posts received no response from you. Now you have decided to join on another thread to begin again.nnDid you ever try this suggestion? Do you have another machine that you can try installing this on ?nIf so, install it on there, copy the entire ANSYS Inc folder and put it on your machine, then setup all of the environment variables accordingly (compare to the other machine) and run the Products & CAD Configuration GUI to configure all products. This should be equivalent to install it locally on this machine.n
